We have developed and administrated five California ETP projects for Northrop Grumman in excess of $13,000,000, one of which was successfully audited by ETP. Northrop Grumman kept the majority of the funding on their bottom line because they were able to utilize their own internal trainers for most of the training. Their cumulative Return On Investment for training was tremendous.

Armtech. After Kirkhill had experienced disappointment with a different ETP provider, CalTraining was brought in to capture most of the lost funding from the failed ETP program. Since that time Kirkhill has developed three successful programs with us, in addition to our successful programs with their sister companies at Esterline.
